We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Team Leader to drive productivity across a team of Inside Sales Executives. This individual will be responsible for performance monitoring, coaching, and optimizing lead flow to improve conversion rates and team output. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives. 

  • Monitor daily calling metrics, talk time, and login adherence. 

  • Drive team to meet site visit and call targets (150+ calls per rep/day). 

  • Conduct regular one-on-ones and feedback sessions. 

  • Liaise with Marketing and Field Sales for lead handovers. 

  • Audit CRM usage and ensure process compliance. 

  • Prepare and present daily/weekly performance reports. 

  • Coach team members to achieve KPIs and career growth. 

Team KPIs to Drive: 

  • Average Calls per Executive:  150+ 

  • Average Talk Time:  1+ hour per executive 

  • Login Time Adherence:  >4 hours/team member 

  • CRM Hygiene:  Lead stage update discipline 

  • Team Conversion Rate:  Lead to Visit 

  • Attendance and Discipline Compliance 

Performance Rating Basis: 

  • Based on team achievement, process discipline, engagement quality

  • Structured rating from "Far Exceeds Expectations" to "Does Not Meet" 

Salary

  • No bar for right candidate

Work type & shift

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Education

  • Graduation: Graduate/Post Graduate 

  • Prior Similar Experience: Minimum 2 Years or More in similar industry
