Job Summary:

As an Executive - HR Generalist, you will be an integral part of the HR team, providing support in various HR functions. Your role will involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, training and development, HR data management, and other critical aspects of HR operations. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with HR professionals, gain practical experience, and contribute to creating a positive and productive work environment for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. 
  • Employee Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. 
  • HR Policies and Compliance: Learn about HR policies and assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations. 
  • Employee Engagement: Participate in employee engagement initiatives, such as surveys, feedback sessions, and employee recognition programs. 
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance evaluations and tracking performance metrics. 
  • Training and Development: Support the organization of training programs and learning activities for employee development. 
  • HR Data Management: Help maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. 
  • Employee Relations: Assist in handling employee inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a positive work environment. 
  • HR Reporting: Generate HR reports and analytics to support HR decision-making and data analysis. 
  • Special HR Projects: Participate in special HR projects as assigned, providing valuable contributions to various HR initiatives.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software. 
  • Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidentiality. 
  • Adaptable, proactive, and willing to take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 

1-3 years of relevant HR experience, including exposure to various HR functions.
