Brij Miholia is an integral part of the business and has been associated with Realty Assistant since its establishment. He holds a degree in B.Tech from the National Power Training Institute (NPTI), Delhi, and MBA from the Indian Institute of Forest Management (IIFM), Bhopal.
Brij is passionate about new ventures, markets, collaborations and continuously seeks to expand the Realty Assistant’s network with policies that promote the company’s culture and vision.
Brij has significantly contributed towards the positive impact on the growth of the company’s business. His in-depth industry experience has helped the company in translating strategy into actionable goals. He is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and the work of executives, takes the lead in expansion activities, ensuring effective recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and retention policies.
He has been involved in numerous CSR activities and causes that need support. Working with Pararthya NGO, he supports projects that focus on environmental, child education, and poverty alleviation programs.
Manasvi is a seasoned professional, responsible for designing effective sales strategies, and marketing company products and services in India and overseas. He comes with a rich experience of 13 years in Insurance and Real Estate sector. In the course of his career, he has worked with IPC and handled country sales operations for regions of Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Dubai, and Hong Kong. He has also managed P&L responsibilities. With acknowledged strengths in strategic and operational drivers, he is proficient in handling real estate P&L portfolio of HNI/NRI clients across diverse domains. He is capable of defining business mission and mobilising and managing cross-functional resources. With a good leadership skill, an in-depth knowledge of the market and competitive products, he has expertise in delivering and sustaining revenue and profit gains within the highly competitive market.
With unparalleled passion, immense energy and enthusiasm, Rahul has been instrumental in making a positive impact on the growth of Realty Assistant. He led many independent and branding projects across different verticals by creating a paradigm change. Having spent over 12 years in Real Estate industry, Rahul is currently responsible for business strategies including planning, implementing, managing and overseeing company's overall sales strategy. He also heads the project training and revenue generation strategy team. In the course of his career, he has been overseeing and closing several crucial sales leads by building and managing partner and investor relations. Along with an MBA in Marketing, Rahul has also completed PGDM in International Business. He enjoys travelling, trekking, driving expensive cars and watching cricket.
Rahul Bhatia pursued MBA in international business and marketing and started his career working as a Sales TV anchor for a popular show Home shop18 & network 18. He was also a part of Snapdeal Tv as a trainer and has been head of anchors and business consultant, for Marketing Strategies for Naaptol Tv Shopping channel. After making a remarkable mark in the respective domain, with record breakings sales, and later joined Realty Assistant as a Sales President. With over 2 decades of rich professional experience in sales and marketing, Rahul has been instrumental in defining the company’s mission to achieve business continuity. His core expertise lies in promoting company products and services, manage sales teams, organize and maintain sales operations and manage sales budget. Identify where improvements can be made, Rahul is responsible for developing success-driven plans for generating substantial revenue to steer the company into the next growth phase. Rahul has a keen interest in reading, vlogging, and swimming.
