Responsibilities:
Create Compelling Content:
Write engaging and informative blogs, articles, press releases, and other content pieces related to the real estate industry.
Develop content that aligns with our brand voice and resonates with our target audience.
Grammar Proficiency:
Ensure high-quality, error-free content by maintaining proficiency in grammar and language usage.
Social Media Optimization:
Craft optimized content tailored for various social media platforms to maximize engagement and reach.
Stay updated on social media trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
Keyword Optimization:
Utilize effective keyword optimization techniques to enhance the visibility of our content in search engine results.
Scripting for Reels & Short Videos:
Create engaging scripts for short videos and reels to be used on social media platforms.
Software Proficiency:
Proficient in MS Office and Canva for document creation and graphic design.
Familiarity with basic video editing tools such as VN and CapCut is an added advantage.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-4 years in content writing, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Education: Mass Media, Journalism, Advertising, Digital Marketing
Key Skills:
Fundamental understanding of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
Creativity and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Collaborate with design & other teams on marketing campaigns.
Basic knowledge of video scripting and editing.
