We are seeking a proactive and energetic Inside Sales Executive to connect with prospects, drive lead conversions, and ensure a consistent flow of qualified site visits. This role is perfect for someone who is target-driven, a strong communicator, and passionate about real estate. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers (300+ calls/day). 

  • Engage customers with product knowledge and schedule site visits. 

  • Maintain high daily talk time (>2 hours preferred). 

  • Ensure consistent login discipline and availability (>8 hours/day). 

  • Update CRM and maintain lead status rigorously. 

  • Coordinate with Field Sales Teams for smooth handovers. 

  • Follow up consistently and convert leads into Visits through nurturing. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): 

  • No. of Calls:  Minimum 300/day 

  • Talk Time:  Minimum 2 hours/day 

  • Login Time:  Minimum 8 hours/day 

  • Conversion Ratio:  Lead to Site Visit 

  • Lead Stage Movement:  Efficient progress tracking in  CRM 

  • Attendance & Adherence:  Following discipline and process 

Success Metrics: 

Performance will be rated from "Far Exceeds Expectations" to "Does Not Meet Expectations" based on: 

  • % achievement of targets 

  • Quality of engagement 

  • Discipline and consistency 

Salary

  • No bar for right candidate

  • Graduation: Graduate/Perusing 

  • Prior Similar Experience: Minimum 6 Months or More in similar industry
