We are looking for a high-performing Quality Analysts Team leader to help us meet our Quality and training requirements by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting training plans, and auditing calls.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, conduct, coordinate, implement a training program for new hires, existing staff of the Sales team
Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real-life situations
Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
Reviewing and revising the training material to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures, and systems
Determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Improve training effectiveness by developing new techniques
Good understanding of training principles, metrics & delivery parameters
Good knowledge of Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, word & excel
PERSONAL COMPETENCIES:
Must be from a sales background with a min. 2 years of experience of working for a sales process (domestic/international) & in training delivery/facilitation role (Product & Soft Skills).
Must have excellent communication (verbal & written both) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all processes.
Must be highly goal-driven and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Must have the ability to pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
