Job Description

  • Plan, conduct, coordinate, implement a training program for new hires, existing staff of the Sales team
  • Coaching sales teams and helping them in applying training content to real life situations
  • Participating in and/or leading projects focused on continuous improvement
  • Reviewing and revising the training material to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems
  • Determine training needs and scheduling training sessions.
  • Improve training effectiveness by developing new techniques
  • Good understanding of training principles, metrics & delivery parameters
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft tools like PowerPoint, word & excel
Must Have
  • Must be from a sales background with a min. 2 years of experience of working for a sales process (domestic/international) & in training delivery/facilitation role (Product & Soft Skills).
  • Must have Excellent communication (verbal & written both) and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build credibility across all processes
  • Must be highly goal driven and work well in a fast paced environment
  • Must have the ability to pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of high standard

  • Work from Office, 6 days working, Day shift- 9:30 AM- 6:30 PM
