The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining client relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Leadership and Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on high performance and professional development.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Sales Operations:
- Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place.
- Establish and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all stages of the sales process.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
