We are looking for a dynamic and experienced executive of Sales to lead our sales team and drive our growth strategy.

Position Summary: The leader of Sales will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales department, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This executive role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate sales and leadership. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and maintaining client relationships, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: 

        • Develop and execute the sales strategy in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives. 
        • Identify new market opportunities and develop plans to capture them. 
        • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly. 

        Leadership and Management: 

        • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. 
        • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on high performance and professional development. 
        • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. 

        Sales Operations: 

        • Oversee the sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place. 
        • Establish and track sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded. 
        • Manage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting activities. 

        Client Relations: 

        • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
        • Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered at all stages of the sales process. 
        • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.

        Qualifications: 

        • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
        • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics and trends.
        • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
        • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
        • Proficient in CRM software and other sales management tools.
        • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
        • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

        Education

        • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred. 
        • Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
