Realty Assistant Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Creative Manager to lead and streamline our creative and content development efforts across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end creative workflows, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering high quality marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion. 

This role demands strong project management skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including design, content, and digital marketing. The Creative Manager will also play a key role in introducing tools and processes to optimize productivity and campaign effectiveness. 
 
Responsibilities: 
 

  • Oversee the end-to-end creative process across all marketing channels (digital, social, print, video, events). 

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage marketing projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards. 

  • Collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, digital marketers, and external agencies. 

  • Define and continuously optimize creative workflows, project pipelines, and approval processes. 

  • Ensure brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all marketing materials. 

  • Manage the intake of creative briefs, allocate resources, and set realistic timelines. 

  • Introduce project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) and marketing process templates to streamline operations. 

  • Conduct regular creative reviews, brainstorming sessions, and post-mortem analyses for campaigns. 

  • Drive process innovation to remove bottlenecks and increase team productivity. 

  • Monitor and report on the status of active projects, flagging risks and opportunities to leadership.
