Job Summary

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and administrative duties. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Reception: Welcoming visitors, managing the reception area, and keeping the office clean and organized
  • Phone calls: Answering and directing phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member
  • Mail and packages: Handling incoming and outgoing mail and couriers based on priorities
  • Administrative tasks: Updating appointment calendars, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies
  • Customer service: Providing customer service, answering questions, and addressing complaints
  • Records: Maintaining records and visitor information administration and operation
  • Supervision: Supervising front office teams, assigning work, and providing guidance and support
  • Communication: Communicating with clients, customers, and employees
  • Interpersonal skills: Interacting with others in a genuine and enthusiastic manner

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Working knowledge of computer software, such as word processors, spreadsheets and presentation

Salary

  • No bar for right candidate

Work type & shift

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Education

Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration to a related course

  • 2+ years of front desk experience in the hospitality industry preferred
