Job Summary

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimising performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your focus will be on driving high-quality traffic, increasing conversions, and maximising return on investment (ROI). By leveraging your expertise in performance marketing and your leadership skills, you will guide a team of marketers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Performance Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute the overall performance marketing strategy, aligning it with the company's objectives and growth targets.

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and execution of performance marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and other digital channels.

  • Budget Management: Effectively allocate marketing budgets across campaigns to achieve maximum performance and meet set KPIs.

  • Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO): Continuously analyse campaign performance and conduct A/B tests to optimise conversion rates and improve campaign efficiency.

  • Data Analysis and Insights: Utilise data analytics tools to gather insights, analyse performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to enhance campaign performance.

  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers, providing guidance, setting clear goals, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Marketing Technology Integration: Stay informed about the latest marketing technologies, tools, and trends and implement innovative solutions to enhance performance marketing efforts.

  • Performance Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI and present findings to stakeholders and leadership.

  • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and analytics, to ensure seamless alignment of marketing efforts and support overall business objectives.

  • Industry Best Practises: Keep abreast of industry best practises, the competitive landscape, and emerging trends in performance marketing to identify new opportunities for growth.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of performance marketing concepts, platforms, and data analysis.

  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Salary

Work type & shift

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; A Master's degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in performance marketing or digital marketing, with a track record of successfully managing and optimising performance campaigns.
