  • Day planning for each individual. 

  • Mapping KPI/KRA for every individual. 

  • Closing of sales for any and all team members, as and when provided.

  • To develop a positive relationship with all clients closed or interacted. 

  • To develop business development
     

Personal Competencies:

  • 5years+ of real estate sales experience 

  • One should own vehicle. 

  • Prior experience in sales/business development/voice process will be preferred 

  • Passionate about sales 

  • Good communication skills & Client handling skills 

  • Ability to handle stress and rejection in soliciting clients 

  • Flexibility with rotation offs and stretchable hours 

  • Outlook-Properly groomed and formally dressed 

  • Confidence and skillful negotiating skills 

  • Strong organizational skills to give the team direction

Salary

  • No salary bar for deserving candidates and the remuneration will be calculated on the basis of experience and level of skill set.

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Education

  • Postgraduate/ Graduate or any other relevant professional qualification.
