Mr. Khurana's experience encompasses sales training, behavioral coaching, and strategic capability building in the fields of real estate, insurance, pharmacy, and financial services for large training Ecosystems.

Mr. Khurana's leadership philosophy combines a structured strategy with a focus on the individual by developing talent within the organisation to ensure that both their personal and professional development occur simultaneously as the organisation grows.

An MBA graduate from an accredited Canadian University, a certified ICF Coach (Canada) and a professional who holds multiple advanced training and insurance credentials, Mr. Khurana is well-known for his ability to convert vision into action.
