We're hiring a Commercial & Post Sales Manager for our real estate company. Your main focus will be driving sales, managing post-sales operations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll lead a team, negotiate deals, and optimize post-sales processes.

Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Management:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Close deals and expand market presence.
  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns.

2. Post Sales Management:

  • Oversee customer onboarding and support.
  • Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly.
  • Improve service quality based on feedback.

3. Team Leadership:

  • Manage and mentor post-sales professionals.
  • Set performance goals and evaluations.

4. Reporting and Compliance:

  • Analyze sales data and metrics.
  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
