Job Description:

We are looking for a versatile and creative Digital Content Creator & Live Events Specialist to join our team. This role requires someone who can quickly adapt to changing situations, create compelling content on-the-fly, manage social media platforms effectively, and engage with our audience.

Responsibilities:

On-the-fly Content Creation:

  • Ability to create spontaneous and engaging content during live events or on social media platforms as opportunities arise.

  • Think creatively and respond quickly to trending topics, news, or audience interactions to produce relevant and impactful content.

  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute real-time content strategies.

Live Events Coverage:

  • Coordinate and manage live event coverage on social media platforms, including live streaming, story creation, and audience interaction.

  • Develop engaging activities and contests to keep the audience entertained and involved during live events.

  • Monitor audience feedback and adapt content strategies as needed to maximize engagement and reach.

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality content from concept to execution, including scripting, filming, and editing.

  • Utilize video editing software such as InShot, Canva, VN, or equivalent tools to produce content on-the-fly.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

  • Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent and engaging content delivery.

  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the audience to build brand loyalty.

Audience Engagement and Analytics:

  • Analyze social media and video analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize content strategies for maximum engagement and reach.

  • Develop and implement audience engagement initiatives to foster community growth, increase followership, and drive brand awareness.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in video editing software such as InShot, Canva, VN to produce quick audio visual content.

  • Exceptional creativity and ability to generate on-the-fly content that resonates with the target audience.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content optimization strategies.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Passion for digital marketing, video production, and staying updated with industry trends and innovations.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production and content creation skills.
