Job Overview: 

Manager- L&D is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees in the real estate consultancy company Realty Assistant. The training programs should be designed to help employees improve their skills and knowledge, and to support the overall business objectives of the company.

Role : To make sales team successful by enhancing their Knowledge & Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that support the company's business objectives and the professional development of employees

  • Design and deliver training courses, workshops, and other learning activities, both in-person and online

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify areas where training is needed

  • Plan training calendar along with sales team heads 

  • Conduct Induction Program for all the new joiners

  • Conduct teamwise project knowledge and selling skills sessions

  • Develop training materials, including training manuals, presentations, and videos

  • Develop assessment tools like tests, Role play methodologies 

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement

  • Prepare training dashboards on regular basis
    Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are aligned with the company's goals and objectives

  • Work with managers to identify high-potential employees and develop career development plans of sales associates

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Human Psychology / Business administration  or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in the real estate industry

  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other training software platforms

Salary

  • No bar for right candidate

Work type & shift

  • Full-Time, Day shift : 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Human Psychology / Business administration  or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in developing and delivering sales training programs, preferably in the real estate industry
