Job Summary
As
a Performance Marketing Executive, you will be a key member of our
digital marketing team, responsible for executing performance-based
marketing campaigns across various digital channels. Your primary focus
will be on driving conversions, maximizing ROI, and optimizing campaigns
to achieve set performance targets. You will work closely with the
Digital Marketing Manager and other team members to implement
data-driven strategies and contribute to the company's overall marketing
objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution:
Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels
such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and
other paid media platforms.
- Conversion Optimisation:
Continuously monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and
identify opportunities for conversion rate optimisation (CRO) to
maximise campaign efficiency.
- Budget Management:
Effectively manage marketing budgets for various campaigns, ensuring
optimal allocation and delivering measurable results within the set
budget.
- A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign
elements to identify high-performing variations and implement
data-driven improvements.
- Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to optimise search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns and improve ad targeting.
- Ad Copy and Creative Development:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copies and
visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Performance Reporting:
Prepare regular performance reports, providing insights into campaign
results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable
recommendations for improvement.
- Audience Segmentation:
Implement audience segmentation strategies to target specific customer
segments and enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness.
- Stay Abreast of Industry Trends:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in
performance marketing and digital advertising to drive innovation and
stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work closely with other teams, such as content, design, and analytics,
to align performance marketing efforts with broader marketing
initiatives.
