Job Description:
We are seeking a
proactive and energetic telecaller executive to connect with
prospects, drive lead conversions, and ensure a consistent flow of
qualified site visits. This role is perfect for someone who is
target-driven, a strong communicator, and passionate about real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers (300+ calls/day).
Engage customers with product knowledge and schedule site visits.
Maintain high daily talk time (>2 hours preferred).
Ensure consistent login discipline and availability (>8 hours/day).
Update CRM and maintain lead status rigorously.
Coordinate with Field Sales Teams for smooth handovers.
Follow up consistently and convert leads into Visits through nurturing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
No. of Calls: Minimum 300/day
Talk Time: Minimum 2 hours/day
Login Time: Minimum 8 hours/day
Conversion Ratio: Lead to Site Visit
Lead Stage Movement: Efficient progress tracking in CRM
Attendance & Adherence: Following discipline and process
Success Metrics:
Performance will be rated from "Far Exceeds Expectations" to "Does Not Meet Expectations" based on:

Graduation: Graduate/Perusing
Prior Similar Experience: Minimum 6 Months or More in similar industry
