What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3–4 years of professional experience in web development.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and CMS platforms (like WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
Solid understanding of mobile responsiveness and user experience (UX) best practices.
Experience integrating property listing tools, lead capture forms, and CRM systems (preferred).
Ability to collaborate with design and marketing teams to create engaging and high-conversion websites.
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance real estate websites aligned with business goals.
Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly.
Integrate lead capture mechanisms, third-party APIs, and real estate tools.
Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement UI/UX improvements.
Troubleshoot bugs, perform routine updates, and ensure optimal uptime and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certification in web development or relevant technologies (optional but a plus).
A strong portfolio showcasing past web development projects, preferably in the real estate or similar industries.
