The much-awaited Sangley Point International Airport (SPIA), Philippines is moving closer to reality after the SPIA Development Consortium submitted a performance bond in readiness to start work in 2024.

The project includes the construction of a 4 kilometer connector road, with provisions for rail connectivity, and fully integrated logistics and aviation support facilities.
