A crucial project under India's Bharatmala Pariyojana, the Delhi–Mumbai Expressway stretches over 1350 km, passing through Haryana, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Gujarat to connect Sohna Elevated Corridor (Delhi) to Jawaharlal Nehru Port. (Mumbai)
The eight-lane wide expressway will become the longest and busiest in India after completion in 2024. (it is partially operational currently)
It shall cut down the Delhi-Mumbai commute of more than 24 hours to just about 12 hours, making it the logistics lifeline of the country.
This project is a world of its own with a wildlife crossing of 2.5 km, 12 helipads for medical emergencies, a dedicated e-highway stretch with dedicated lanes for e-vehicles, and a host of wayside amenities that include ATMs, charging stations, fuel spots, food courts, and more.

Dwarka Expressway:
Dwarka Expressway is a sixteen-lane (eight-lane elevated and eight-lane service road) urban project of the Haryana Urban Development Authority (HUDA) that shall connect Mahipalpur in Delhi to Kherki Dhaula via New Gurgaon in Haryana.
Offering a noticeable edge over others, this expressway shall be a fast alternative to Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway thereby easing off the infamous traffic on the route.
Of the total 29.1 km stretch, 18.9 km falls in Gurgaon while 10.1 km falls in Delhi zone. Interestingly, the initial plan was only an 18 km expressway, but as multiple routes got patched in, the final stretch added up to 29.1 km long.

Yamuna Expressway:
With the principal objective to minimise travel time from Delhi to Agra, the Yamuna Expressway is a 165 km long road that runs along the Yamuna River connecting Noida to Agra. This expressway eases traffic congestion on the NH-2 (running through Faridabad, Ballabgarh and Palwal in Haryana) and Old Grand Trunk Road (NH-91).
Being India’s third Longest Expressway, the Yamuna Expressway will be laced with amenities, such as rest areas with parking, shelters and toilets, fuel stations, restaurants, motels, coffee shops, and various other facilities.
One of the major highlights here is the Jewar Airport or the Noida International Airport coming up in the town of Jewar, Uttar Pradesh.

Samruddhi Mahamarg, or Mumbai- Nagpur Expressway, is a 6-lane expressway that runs from Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust (JNPT) in Mumbai to Nagpur- Multimodal International Hub Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN). This expressway runs across ten districts of Maharashtra and past 390 villages. The project is officially called Hindu Hrudaysamrat Balasaheb Thackeray Maharashtra Samruddhi Mahamarg.

Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway:
The Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway runs through Bahadurgarh Border in Delhi to Katra in J&K. This 650 Km expressway covers some major cities, such as Nakodar, Amritsar and Gurdaspur in Punjab. This is a 4-lane expressway, reducing the distance between Delhi and Katra from 727 km to 588 km. The Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway connects two holy towns - Mata Vaishno Devi temple in Jammu and Golden Temple in Amritsar.

Ganga Expressway:
A major link between NH 334 in Meerut to NH 2 Prayagraj Bypass, Ganga Expressway, will reduce the travel time from 12 hours to 6 hours between Meerut and Prayagraj. Bundelkhand Expressway:

Purvanchal Expressway:

Ahmedabad Dholera Expressway:
Ahmedabad Dholera Expressway project was announced in 2010. This 4-lane expressway connects Sardar Patel Ring Road near Sarkhej to Dholera International Airport in Navagam.
